Problem 3-31
Problem 3-43
Find the Fourier series representation of the function, (sin(wt))^3
Suppose F(t)=F_0 sin(wt) for t > 0 (and is 0 for t < 0 ).
a) calculate x(t) assuming x(t)=0 for t < 0 and using appropriate
boundary conditions at t=0 and the complete solution for t > 0.
Assume w < < < w_0 , and beta < < w_0 .
b) extra credit/optional: do the same problem for w=w_0
(this is somewhat hard, but not computationally too messy. Work to lowest order...).
(I think that you can get a meaningful answer using delta=0. Is this true?)
