I grew up in the Bay Area and got my Bachelors of Science in Physics at UC Davis in 2023.  I came to UC Santa Cruz the same year and began as a PhD student.  When not working, I enjoy climbing, surfing, and driving my miata🧡

As an undergraduate I worked on Condensed Matter Theory and Experimental Projects.  I worked in the lab building portable STM microscopes, and on theory I coded simulations of quantum behavior on different lattice structures.  I collaborated with other experimentalists to investigate enhanced quantum state transfer and helped publish our findings.

As a PhD student I have joined the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider located in Geneva, Switzerland at CERN.  This experiment collides protons together at the LHC to probe new physics at a small scale.  I currently facilitate efforts to ugrade the current detector by testing new pixel modules that will be implemented in the Inner Tracker, as well as supporting software development efforts for our chip readout technology.
