Research Interests

Research has included molecular physics, electrons in metals, semiconductors, plasma physics, superconductivity, the detection of magnetic fields by animals, various applied technical and economics topics, and now, fundamental aspects of quantum mechanics. He is an organizer of the new Applied Physics major program. Previously at RCA labs as head of the General Research Group.
